In some cases, the confirmation code may not be delivered due to incorrect phone number entry or spam filter settings. Please check the following points.
Is the phone number correct?
Please double-check that there are no errors in the numbers you entered.
Is this a phone number or contract that doesn't support SMS?
If you have a plan without SMS functionality, or if you are using certain IP phones (numbers starting with 050), you may not be able to receive messages.
Is your SMS reception setting set to “Reject”?
Your mobile carrier's spam filter settings may be blocking SMS messages. Please check your carrier's My Page or settings to confirm you haven't enabled options like blocking SMS messages, rejecting messages from non-registered senders, or blocking international SMS messages.
*For those residing overseas or using an overseas phone number
Disabling the settings to block “SMS from overseas providers” or “emails from overseas phone numbers” may resolve the issue. Additionally, if you are using an overseas mobile phone number, SMS messages may not be delivered properly due to factors such as telecommunications regulations in each country or filtering settings implemented by carriers.
These issues stem from the specifications and settings of your telecommunications carrier. We are unable to individually verify or adjust whether messages can be received. Please be advised in advance.
