Unable to Sign In Due to an Error Message

If you're seeing an error message when you try to sign in, check the messages and solutions below.

Error Message	Solution
Invalid account	If this error is displayed, the following two causes are possible: Incorrect sign-in page: SIGNATE provides two different sign-in pages. This error will be displayed if you attempt to sign in from the wrong page. Account registration not completed: This error will be displayed if you try to sign in before completing the account registration process. For detailed instructions on how to resolve this issue, please refer to “Invalid Account" error prevents signing in”.
The link is invalid or has expired	You may have clicked on a link from an outdated [SIGNATE] Request for registration email, or the link may have expired. Alternatively, the link may be incorrect. ※If you have received multiple [SIGNATE] Request for registration emails, links in earlier emails will no longer be valid. Please be sure to complete your registration using the most recent email. ※If you copied and pasted the URL from the email, please ensure that the entire URL has been copied correctly and is not truncated.
Incorrect email address or password	Either the email address or password you entered (or both) is incorrect. Please double-check your credentials. ❗If you forgot your password, please click “Forgot your password?” below the sign-in button to reset it.
This sign-in method is not supported	If you are trying to sign in with Google, please use the "Sign in with Google" button located at the bottom of the sign-in page.

*2 Depending on your email software, the "User Registration" button may not display correctly, and only a URL may appear. In that case, please click the URL directly or copy and paste it into your browser.
