You can change your email address at the "Email address" section of the account settings page.
Once you submit the request, a confirmation link will be sent to your new email address.
To complete the update, access the link within 24 hours.

If you haven’t received the email regarding your email address change, please check the following:
First, please check:
- Check your email address for errors
Common typos include @gmail.com appearing as @gamil.com, a dot (.) entered as a comma (,), the inclusion of double-byte characters, or other spelling mistakes.
If your email address is correct, check the following:
- Spam or junk folder
Your email service may mistakenly classify the message as spam.Please check your spam or junk folder to see if the email was automatically sorted there.
- Mailbox storage
If your inbox is full, you may not be able to receive new messages.Make sure your mailbox has available space.
- Security or antivirus software settings
Depending on your software settings, the email may be blocked or deleted as spam.Check your security software and adjust the spam filtering settings if necessary.
- Email filtering services from your provider
Some internet providers offer default spam and virus filtering services.If none of the above applies, check whether such services are active by contacting your provider.
If you're using a company email address, please also check with your internal IT or mail server administrator.
